The RESULTS are in!! If you saw the video I put up 5 weeks ago on my Facebook page, about falling off the fitness wagon and being in a slump since Thanksgiving 2015, you know I committed to revamp my workout regimen due to hitting a plateau in my fat loss. Last year's transformation pictures are still on my page. These pictures will show that fitness never ends.
Fat comes back fast when you slow down or stop working out. I slowed down during the winter months so I had to revamp my workout an start again. Nothing wrong with that. Remaining conscious about fat loss is ow you beat it!! There will be ups and downs, but you just gotta keep goin for your health sake. Feeling good and looking good are both bonuses!
Well, I am happy to say "The RESULTS are in!!! Through faith, dedication, support, 5 weeks of using the "Focus T25 Alpha" workout and drinking Shakeology once a day, my mind has been blown away by the results! Inches lost and getting more toned is what I wanted to achieve! The best part is that this is only Phase #1! There are 3 Phases!! I begin Phase #2 "Focus T25 Beta" today!! I'm super excited and ready!
